This Privacy Policy describes how LaxTap (“Service Provider”) handles information when you use the LaxTap mobile or watch application (the “Application”).

All information is stored only on your device; LaxTap does not transmit data to its own or third-party servers.

• Location Data – The Application saves the coordinates of each game you record so you can view where games were played.
• Player & Team Media – Photos you assign to player profiles or team logos.
• Game Statistics – Scores, time stamps, and other stat events you enter.

You can export or permanently erase any game-related data at any time via the in-app settings. Deleting the Application removes all data from your device.

The Application is suitable for users of all ages. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise use by minors.

Data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the Application.

LaxTap relies on the security features of iOS and watchOS. Jail-breaking or rooting your device may compromise data stored by the Application.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Revised versions will appear in-app and on laxtap.com. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
