These terms and conditions govern your use of the LaxTap mobile and watch application (the "Application") supplied by LaxTap (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a paid download; additional subscription-based features may be introduced in the future.

By downloading or using the Application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

The Application and all associated content remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, de-compile, reverse-engineer, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Application or any portion thereof.

The Service Provider may modify pricing or introduce subscription plans at any time. Any fees will be clearly disclosed within the Application or at laxtap.com before they take effect.

The Application records the geographic location of games you log. All data is stored solely on your device; it is not transmitted to third-party servers. Protect your device—rooting or jail-breaking may compromise security and functionality.

Certain features require an internet connection. Performance may be limited without connectivity or if data allowances are exceeded. The Application currently supports iOS 17.0 (or later) and watchOS 9.0 (or later); requirements may change, and you are responsible for installing updates to continue use.

While the Service Provider strives for reliability, software may fail. LaxTap is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or otherwise irretrievable data.

The Application may update automatically. You agree to accept all updates. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time, at which point these terms will terminate and you must delete the Application from your devices.

The Service Provider may revise these terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted in-app and on laxtap.com. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
